I am a director at FRP Advisory in the restructuring team based in Brighton. My role is to provide independent, professional advice to individuals, business owners and their stakeholders who are experiencing financial and operational distress. Often I am advising people who are incredibly stressed and uncertain which way to turn. The most satisfying part of my job is providing the client with a way forward and seeing them leave my office in a better place mentally and emotionally. Both my friends and family have been impacted by cancer in some way, and it appears to be one the rise. I lost my dad at a very early age to lung cancer when I was only 5. When I heard about the great work that the Sussex Cancer Fund does, I had to get involved, and I am proud to have been accepted as an ambassador to the charity.
