Brighton Marathon
My life long mate and step bro Gareth has leukaemia. I’m pleased to say that he won his fight. So it’s time for me to step up again! And to say thanks to the people that helped him during his battle. So on the 17th September with some friends I will be riding London to Brighton in aid of the Sussex Cancer Fund. Any amount of money will be great fully received and will help a great cause. Thanks for taking the time to read this and any donations. Kelvin.

Great South Run- Amy Beal
My mum Gill is having treatment at the moment and this is why I am doing the Great south run for the Sussex Cancer Fund. I have been running for about 5 years mainly to keep fit but have done the Eastbourne Half Marathon twice, Race for life and the Major Series Mud run which was good fun but extremely muddy!! Have a dog called Rafa a border/patterdale terrier cross.  Rafa likes to join in the training sometimes but can only manage about 3 miles! (picture ‘me and my mum’)

The Cancer Bonus Tour – Bryan Leitch
My name is Bryan Leitch, and I have been working in the live music industry as a lighting designer for over 30 years. I was diagnosed with a form of non hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2009 and the following year had a successful bone marrow transplant. I have been very lucky over the past seven years and it is thanks to cancer research and the efforts of the NHS medical staff that I am alive today.
I will be undertaking a journey during 2017 in support of two charities: Bloodwise and the Sussex Cancer Fund. During my 30 years working in live music production, I have worked at 332 venues throughout the UK, located in 105 different towns and cities ranging from Inverness to Truro. For this tour, I will be visiting every one of these venues in the 1963 Vauxhall Victor and meeting some of the wonderful artists and touring personnel I’ve worked with along the way. I will be updating the website to http://thecancerbonustour.com/ include interviews, performances, touring anecdotes, and photographs of them with the car, so please come back and enjoy the content.
The tour will start on May 1st 2017, and all the costs will be funded from my own resources to ensure every penny raised through sponsorship and private donations benefit the two charities.
