Run for SCF?

RunBrighton

We are very lucky that we have a number of supporters that are also fans of running and we appreciate the hard work, training, and dedication it takes to prepare for an event.

We also know that there are supporters that would like to get into running but are not really sure where to start. Which is why we were delighted when we were approached by Mike Bannister from RunBrighton.

RunBrighton has offered to donate 20% of their run training courses to SCF for anyone hoping to run for us this year. So whether you are a seasoned runner and just want to get prepared for your next Marathon or you are new to running and want to get fitter, challenge yourself and help SCF there is a course for you! GET SET GO!
